I have finally put paperclay on my tree
This is what it looks like now. I also need to put something on the tip of the branches, but paperclay is too thick for that. I`ll have to paint something on them, and try to build up layers. Then I`m going to paint all of it... hope it will eventually look like a tree!

ReplyDeleteMimmi, have you considered using "plaster bandages"...like was used for setting broken bones? There is a product in the US called Ridged-Wrap Plaster Cloth. It is available at craft stores. Perhaps you could find something similar? You cut it to the width you want, soak in water, and then wrap the ends of your branches. It can be made very thin or thick, as you desire.
